    Put a world class front on your business with custom greetings or make your own as you need. And schedule different greetings to play for different times of the day or week. Even have a special holiday greeting that plays automatically.
  • Local phone numbers
    Treasure Valley phone numbers available for your business. No usage fees (per minute charges)  it's all included in your monthly service fees.
  • Voice mail delivered to your e-mail
    Add flexibility to your office without adding another phone line. Your voice mail can be delivered via the internet to your e-mail as a Windows Media WMA, WAV and NOW MP3 attachment.
  • FAX delivered to your e-mail
    Faxes are sent to your email as Adobe PDF attachments. Text notifications can be sent to most major cell phone services.
  • Call Screen
    Know who is calling and choose to take the call or send the call to voice mail.
  • Spell-By-Name Directory
    Your caller can get directly to the person they need by spelling the first or last name of the person they want.
  • Call Rotation
    Distribute the calls evenly within a group. Commission sales staff can have the calls equally sent to everyone on a list.
  • Cascading Notification
    When an urgent message is taken our system will begin calling your staff to deliver the urgent message. The password must be entered to stop the cascade. Critical messages get the attention they need.
  • Multiple Option Menus
    Callers can direct their call to the person they want, get information or leave a message as they choose.
  • Music On Hold
    Caller listens to music as the system is calling you. Custom music is available.
  • Voice Over Music On Hold
    Callers may hear information about your company as the system "Finds" you.
