Callers hear the custom greeting appropriate to the time of day and have options to get information or leave a message for the Doctor, receptionist, pharmacy or nursing staff.

Receptionist can now use "Flash" button on the office phone to live transfer the caller to the appropriate doctors or staff persons voice mail. The message is sent to that persons email and a text notification is sent to their cell phone. The phone line is now free for another call.

Answer Idaho’s system will route calls into original office or to the other offices when they open without purchasing any PBX equipment.
